On January 6, 2013, Lawyer Gong worked as attorney at law for an Indian company to lodge application with CIETAC against a Taiwanese venture, the arbitration court made decision that our application items are all supported. Then the Taiwanese venture came back to lodge application with SCIA, and on October 29, 2013, the aribitration court decided that the applicant's application be refused. Thus, between two companies, as applicant and respondent, Lawyer Gong made his client both won.  The dispute was triggered by dispute in carrying out a contract of international trade.
